How to find what I want? To help you find the item you are looking for we have separated our products into:
• Product Tabs To the left on the page you will find the different product categories, and then the categories are shown again with sub-categories.
Clicking on any of the expanded links will show the full list of items in the main page - the section of the website you are currently viewing will show in bold font, helping you to keep your bearings and navigate as you go.
When you are viewing a list of products in the main page, you can find a selection of recommended products in each category at the top of the page. These are products are sold the most. Underneath you will find a list of all the products.
• Search Box If you know exactly what you're looking for you can also use the search function, found at all times on the top right of the page. To do a search, enter the search words into the box and hit Enter or click Search to see relevant products and pages.

Product Information • Prices All our prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated, but excluding freight. If any extra costs should incur they will clearly be displayed in your shopping cart as well as during the checkout process. There are no hidden costs on Knobby and you'll receive a complete overview over all costs before you order. The prices are stated in Euros. We are constantly changing the prices on our products. This can be due to currency fluctuations or new prices from the manufacturers. Changes in price do not have any effect on registered orders.
•Accessories For most products, there is a list of compatible accessories below the specifications. Accessories are items we know go well with the item or which gives you even more

Ordering To make it as easy as possible for you as a customer to complete an order with us we have put a lot of focus on making the shopping cart and checkout process as comprehensible as possible. When you click "Buy" on an item, it is placed in your shopping cart. This is where you choose if you would like to keep on shopping or proceed to checkout. When you are done picking products, you move on from the shopping cart to the checkout process. This is where you will choose the preferred method of delivery, method of payment etc. You will also be presented with the freight cost as well as the total for your order.
•Changing or cancelling your order Sometimes, cancelling an order is necessary. You can do this as long as the order has not been processed by us. Changing and cancelling your order is only possibly by phone. Please note that the order can only be cancelled if it has not yet moved into the picking/packing stage at our warehouse. If you cancel your order and have paid by credit card, the amount reserved will normally be released within

Stock We try to keep all items in stock at all times. When you are logged in as a customer you can see our items on stock and they are updated regularly. When we have received and registered your order, every item on your order will be allocated (reserved) for you in our system in the order which the order was received. This way we cannot guarantee that the quantity on stock when you order is exact. If the stock quantity is low on an item please call us to for guaranteed delivery.

Terms & Conditions
• General The terms herein regulate the customer's use of items and services provided by Knobby Shop AB (from now on referred to as Knobby). These conditions apply to all sales from Knobby as long as nothing else is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
• Prices and Delivery All prices stated are excl. VAT and excl. freight unless otherwise stated. The prices are in constant fluctuance and we therefore take reservations against changes in price as a result of price changes from our suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse delivery on all items in regards to fluctuations in price and stock situation. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery on all items due to competitive or market situations. All delivery times given by us must be seen as guiding. Our order confirmation does not constitute a contract. It is merely a confirmation that we have received your "request to purchase". The contract is the Invoice which is issued when we finalize the sale and physically remove the funds from the customer's credit card. Time consumed for picking, packing and eventual production does apply in addition before we submit the parcel to the courier. Any changes in price occurring after time of ordering will not have retroactive effects. We take reservations on eventual typing-/printing errors. Should we, contrary to what we all expect, have a pricing error generated by human hands, we reserve the right to delete the order and offer you the item at the correct price.
• Customer’s obligations The company registered with Knobby is responsible for payment of the services Knobby or the affiliates of Knobby delivers in regards to set terms. The responsibility includes also others' use of the customer's access, hereunder unauthorized use, and as long as it cannot be proved that unauthorized use has been made possible due to negligence from Knobby.
• Uncollected goods If goods are uncollected, the customer can be charged a fee together with the freight costs going both ways to cover Knobby's expenses in relation to a breach of contract.
• Claim Before faults are reported to Knobby, the customer should investigate if the error is due to an incident on the customer's behalf. If the customer can prove and/or validate that the product does not work as Knobby has described it to do, the customer has to report this to Knobby so that Knobby can effectuate efforts for aid. Please read 'After you buy' under Help on our website. The customer gives up his/her right to make a fault valid should he/she not notify Knobby within reasonable time after he/she has discovered or should have discovered the error.
• Reformation Knobby agree to as quickly as possible, after being notified of a faulty product, carry out efforts to correct the fault. If the customer on his/her own initiative carries out efforts to correct the fault in addition to what has been agreed on with Knobby, Knobby will not pay for these expenses.
• Extraordinary relations Knobby is only responsible for loss of the item should there be faults or flaws. This does not apply should Knobby justify that the flaw is due to external relations outside of Knobby's control, and that Knobby cannot, in all fairness, be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. Knobby is not responsible for indirect loss as a result of faults unless the loss is achieved due to severe negligence or with purpose from Knobby. By end-user purchases the terms cannot be inferior to the terms set by law.
• Changes to terms Knobby reserves the right to change the existing terms hereunder as a result of changes in legislation.
• Force majeure Should Knobby be prevented from delivering or do an obliged re-delivery or should such a delivery duty be of unreasonable burden as a result of a working conflict or other circumstance when the parties cannot rule over it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summoning of the equivalent extent, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, riots and disturbance, shortage in transportation, ordinary shortage in stock, reduction in main force supplies, and shortage by or delays by deliveries from sub suppliers or manufacturers whom as a result of such circumstances described herein, Knobby is relieved of all other responsibilities than in cases of complaints and credit the purchase sum of the faulty item.
• Disputes and Reservations All trade and business activities via www.knobby.eu are subject to and in accordance with Swedish Law and current legislation. Disputes between the customer and Knobby shall be sought to be solved in an amicable manner. Should the dispute not be solved by negotiations, each of the parties can take the case in for the appropriate courts of justice. We take reservation for possible errors and eventual price changes. Illustrations may vary from the actual item – we cannot be held responsible for differences between product specifications and the associated image.

Payment by credit card is the most used and convenient way of payment on the Internet. At the same time, it simplifies our shipment to you as our customer. Knobby does not charge you for the use of your card
How does payment by credit card work?
• When ordering, we will authorize your card and make a reservation for the total order amount
• If you cancel the entire order, we also cancel the reservation immediately - but please note that it may take up to 48 hours before this is visible on your credit card.
• If you cancel only some of the order lines, we are unable to change the reservation, and the original total will still be reserved. (Of course we will only charge the card for what you actually order.)
• When shipping your order we will capture the invoice amount from your account.
• Should there be need to make a credit note, we will credit the card used for ordering.

Methods of shipmentKnobby currently offer you the following shipping options:
• DPD (1-4 working days)
Items in stock are normally shipped within 1 working day. We always attempt to ship out orders the same day as we receive them, but this depends on when the order was placed. Orders placed before noon is shipped out the same day. The transport time varies and depends on the delivery address (what country your from). Weekends and Public/Bank holidays are not regarded as working days by our couriers for the delivery of our orders.
DPD can only be delivered to businesses. When you have selected a business address as the delivery address, please be aware that the couriers may not be able to have the parcel signed by the addressee. The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room or the reception area where the courier will obtain a signature for your order. To avoid confusion please only arrange delivery to your work place once you have confirmed that the above is acceptable. Neither Knobby nor the couriers can be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

Orders being shipped to remote locations may, on rare occasions, be slightly delayed by the courier • Stock When we have received and registered your order, every item on your order will be allocated (reserved) for you in our system in the order which the order was received.
