How and why we use your data
We process your data so that we can offer you goods and services. This includes:

Your data is only handled by authorised staff who need it to do their work.
Legal basis for the processing
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract. When the processing is necessary to fulfil our contract with you, for example to handle orders and deliveries.
- Legal obligation. When we must process data to meet legal requirements, for example under accounting law.
- Legitimate interest. When we contact you with products and offers that are relevant to your business. We have weighed our interest against your rights and consider that the processing does not override them.
- Consent. When you give us data on our website for purposes that require consent, for example certain mailings, we ask for it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Marketing
We sometimes contact you with information about products, news and offers that we believe are of interest to your business. How long do we keep your data?
Data that forms part of our accounting records is kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law. Otherwise we only keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. Data is deleted regularly.
