R-tech Italiensk plast med fabriksteam i blodet
Italiensk plast, skydd och depågrejer för motocross och enduro sedan 2002.
Motocross · EnduroR-tech was born in 2003 when Italian pro enduro rider Cristian Mittone set out to make race plastics tougher, better fitting and brighter than stock. The panels are injection-molded in Italy from flexible polymers that bend through impacts instead of snapping, and hold sharp color in the sun. The Pro Circuit Kawasaki race team runs the same plastics on its factory bikes.
Plastic is the heart of the range. Pick up a single fender, side panel or set of fork guards after a rough weekend, or reset the whole bike with a complete plastic kit in OEM colors, black, white or neon. Around the bodywork sits the armor: chain guides, swingarm protectors, skid plates, radiator louvers and frame guards molded from tough technopolymer that soak up the hits so the bike keeps rolling.
The rest covers rider and pit. Handguards run from slim roost deflectors to full wrap-around shields, while lock-on grips, seat foam and seat covers dial in the cockpit. Headlight masks and LED tail lights sort long enduro days, and fuel cans, work stands, wireless hour meters and air filter wash covers keep race day moving.
Frequently asked questions about R-tech
Does R-tech suit both motocross and enduro?
Yes. The plastics, fork guards and frame protection fit motocross and enduro builds alike, while handguards span open roost deflectors for the track and full wrap-around shields for the trail. Headlight masks, LED tail lights and skid plates lean toward enduro, so a single brand can dress both a moto and an off-road bike.
Can I build a complete kit with R-tech?
Largely, yes. Start with a complete plastic kit in OEM colors, black, white or neon, then add fenders or fork guards as they wear. Layer on chain guides, swingarm protectors, skid plates and radiator louvers for protection, finish the cockpit with grips, seat foam and handguards, and stock the pit with fuel cans, work stands and hour meters.
How do I buy R-tech via Knobby?
Knobby sells through dealers, not directly to consumers. Your local dealer orders from the full R-tech range and confirms sizes, stock and current prices. Tell them your bike's make, model and year so the plastics, fork guards and protection match correctly, and they will handle the order and any color options for you.
