Born in 2010 inside the Gnali family factory in Italy, where plastics have been moulded since 1960, the brand packs three generations of material know-how into closed-cell foam inserts that cannot go flat. No tube, no pressure checks, no expiry date: fit a mousse, forget it, ride.
The core of the range is off-road mousse for motocross and enduro. The Black Standard line is the do-it-all insert, made in fitments such as Cross 80/100-21" up front and 110/90-19" at the rear, plus Enduro sizes like 90/90-21" front and 140/80-18" rear. Black Standard XL covers extra-large fitments for certain oversized tyre casings, while the softer Mousse RED Soft trades a little support for extra grip over rocks and roots. Mini fitments cover smaller wheels down to 12" and 14".
Once a mousse is in your kit, a garage swap stops being a wrestling match. A tub of Mousse Lube eases the insert into the tyre and protects it from friction, and dedicated tyre tools round out the setup so you can change foam at home rather than at the track.
